The Collective: Fueled by Courage

Description

Whether the road is familiar or uncertain, we all face turns we didn’t expect.

At work and in life, we can spend a lot of time keeping up, saying yes, taking care of others, and trying to get everything right. Sometimes we feel isolated, especially when we’re the only woman in the room or at the top of an organization. Sometimes we get so focused on everyone else that we forget to make space for ourselves. Gathering on the race track gives us a chance to step outside that routine, try something new, and give ourselves permission to simply be in the moment. We don’t have to know every turn ahead of us. We can find our pace, practice, make mistakes, try again, and learn alongside women who are figuring it out too. We can cheer each other on without competing, recognize how far we’ve come, and give ourselves permission to want more. One lap at a time.

Road Course Fun

Bring your own car and get ready for tires meeting the track! You will have the opportunity to take a parade lap, with your own vehicle on the actual BIR track, following trained instructors. Here, you will get a new perspective of BIR, and put you in the mindset as a racer.

For those wanting a little more thrill, we've got something sure to test your courage. Up to six lucky attendees present will have opportunity to hop into a BIR owned cars to ride along with professional drivers at top racing speeds. Yes, that means above highway speeds!
