2027 IMPACT Awards
It takes people working together to make a lasting IMPACT. Through their dedication, service and commitment, local individuals, businesses and organizations strengthen our community and help make the Pequot Lakes area an exceptional place to live, work and visit.
Join us on Thursday, February 18, from 5:30–9 PM at the Pequot Lakes American Legion for an evening of celebration, connection and community pride as we recognize those who go above and beyond for the Pequot Lakes area.
Come celebrate this year’s honorees and the people, businesses and organizations making a positive IMPACT in our community.

Individual tickets ($65) - You will be charged and emailed only if a spot becomes available: Individual seat at a table for 6 with dinner

What to Wear
Dress in business to cocktail attire:
Guests are encouraged to dress comfortably while keeping the evening celebratory. Men may opt for polos or dress shirts with slacks, with jackets optional. Women may choose dresses, skirts, blouses with slacks or dressy jumpsuits.

All-School Staff of the Year
Help us recognize an outstanding Pequot Lakes School District staff member who goes above and beyond for students, families and the school community. Nominate someone whose dedication, care and positive impact make a meaningful difference.
Citizen of the Year
Know someone who makes Pequot Lakes a better place to live, work and visit? Nominate an individual who demonstrates exceptional community spirit through volunteerism, leadership, service or a genuine commitment to helping others. Nominees must serve within the 56472 zip code.
Nonprofit of the Year
Nominate a nonprofit organization that makes a meaningful difference in Pequot Lakes and the surrounding community. This award recognizes an organization whose service, programs and dedication positively impact the people and communities it serves. Nominees must serve the 56472 zip code.
Employee of the Year
Help us recognize an outstanding employee who goes above and beyond in their workplace and community. Nominate someone who demonstrates exceptional dedication, service, leadership and a commitment to making a positive impact. Nominees must work at an establishment within the 56472 zip code.
Business of the Year
Nominate a business that exemplifies what it means to be an outstanding member of the Pequot Lakes business community. This award recognizes a business that demonstrates excellence, supports the community and contributes to making the Pequot Lakes area a great place to live, work and visit.
