Stopping the Revolving Door: What employees look for continues to change, and the new Keys to Retention are shared, as well as strategies for how to implement them. Why pay did not make the list, why you think that it should, and how pay really affects retention. Why the relationship to the immediate supervisor is very important, and how you get employees excited about your organization and keep employees from all generations! 

Developing your Workforce – the Next 10 Years: The Workforce Crisis that we face will be more challenging in the future, our eyes need to be open for what is ahead! Your people ARE your greatest asset. Hear how to attract talent, create world class onboarding and development of your team, and learn how to retain your rock stars in today’s challenging world. This session will show a new path to developing a winning workplace culture that others want to be a part of, and how to develop bench strength and future leaders!

Mike Henke is a National Speaker and has worked with over 100 manufacturers throughout the Midwest, making a difference in Recruiting, Retention, and other Workplace Culture challenges! Mike lives in Nebraska but grew up in northern Minnesota and has keynoted many conferences with creative solutions to the challenges we face today.
