Business After Hours - Confidence Learning Center

Join Confidence Learning Center as they host Business After Hours in conjunction with their Community Day on Tuesday, September 27, 2022, from 4:30 - 6:00PM at their location in East Gull Lake. Business After Hours is our most highly attended networking event! Guests will enjoy camp tours, networking, delicious appetizers provided by Black Bear Lodge & Saloon, beverages served by Roundhouse Brewery, and learning more about Confidence Learning Center from Sarah Smith, Event and Marketing Director, and Mary Harder, Camp Director, during their interview with Matt Kilian, Brainerd Lakes Chamber President. Guests will have a chance to win prizes provided by Confidence Learning Center (logo merchandise and cash) in addition to businesses who bring a door prize with them!

Event Schedule

  • 4:30—5:20PM: Network, appetizers, beverages and tours
  • 5:20—5:30PM: Introductions
  • 5:30—5:50PM: Host interview
  • 5:50—6:00PM: Drawings for door prizes (must be present to win)

Everyone is invited to learn more about the Chamber and gain exposure for their business by attending this free networking event. Business After Hours attendees pass the microphone and introduce themselves to the group, so bring your business cards and get ready to network! Attendees are also encouraged to bring door prizes.

Confidence Learning Center otherwise known as Camp Confidence, specializes in outdoor education and experiences for persons with developmental and cognitive disabilities, along with deaf and hard of hearing communities. Campers are brought to Camp from all over Minnesota and the mid-west by their staff, family or care giver, which is responsible for direct care. Visiting groups include group homes, families, public schools, state facilities, treatment center, achievement centers and scout groups.
