Gather your 'team' and join The Getaway Adventure Resort and Lakes Area Heroes as they host Business After Hours on Tuesday, April 25, 2023, from 4:30 - 6:00PM at The Getaway Adventure Resort located north west of Nisswa.  This is the property that you've always wanted see whenever you've travelled on CR 1! Business After Hours is our most highly attended networking event! Guests will enjoy mixing with other Chamber members, delicious appetizers, beer and wine served by The Woods, prizes and learning more about The Getaway Adventure Resort and Lakes Area Heroes from Joby Goerges, Jeremiah Duvall and Isaiah Moengen during their interview with Matt Kilian, Brainerd Lakes Chamber President, as part of this free social event.

Guests are encouraged to stay until the end for a chance to win fabulous prizes provided by the hosts and attendees!

Event Schedule
4:30-5:20 PM: Network, appetizers, beverages and self-guided tours
5:20-5:30 PM: Introductions
5:30-5:50 PM: Host interview
5:50-6:00 PM: Drawings for door prizes (must be present to win)

Everyone is invited to learn more about the Chamber and gain exposure for their business by attending this free networking event. Business After Hours attendees pass the microphone and introduce themselves to the group, so bring your business cards and get ready to network! Attendees are also encouraged to bring door prizes.

Meet the Hosts

The Getaway Adventure Resort  provides experiencing the north woods in luxury. With room to sleep 24 the 500 acre estate is complete with the main lodge, guest cabin, pool, hot tub, five-green golf course, obstacle course, and twenty-two miles of groomed trails. Guests can cruise the property in sherps which are the most extreme, off-road, amphibious exploration ATV available.

Lakes Area Heroes is a nonprofit organization with the mission to raise funds to support local law enforcement, fire, EMS personnel and their families in times of need. Let's return the favor!
