2023 Stars & Stripes Days and Bean Hole Days Food Vendor Registration

Come showcase your specialty food items as a vendor at our Stars & Stripes Days and/or Bean Hole Days in Pequot Lakes!

Serving as a food vendor at Chamber-hosted Pequot Lakes festivals, Stars & Stripes Days (July 4th) and Bean Hole Days July 19, is by invitation only. The Pequot Lakes Chamber invites your to participate in one or both events during 2023.

Prior to registering for our event, we require that you have the following information:

• Decide whether you will be participating in Stars & Stripes Days, Bean Hole Days, or both events.
• Business Name
• Contact Information
• MN Food Food License Number
• MN Sales Tax License Number
• Product Description
• Food Truck/Trailer (if applicable)
• Form of payment

Please read the agreement below prior to registering.

Upon registration you will be required to submit a form of payment. If you have any questions, please contact Nichole Heinen at Nichole@PequotLakes.com. Application and payment must be received by June 15, 2023. We look forward to seeing you this summer!

As a food vendor, you agree to the following:

• Your booth / trailer may be set up after 3PM the day before the event
• Tear down should take place after 2PM at Stars & Stripes, and 2PM at Bean Hole Days, the day of the event
• You must visibly post your Minnesota food license number
• You must plan to provide your own electricity, if needed
• Please clean up any garbage around your site after the event
• You agree to only sell items listed under product description with approval from the Chamber Director

The Pequot Lakes Chamber agrees to:

• Provide space for one 25’ trailer
• Provide garbage cans and liners placed around the event area
• Have up-to-date, appropriate event insurance
• Have up-to-date, appropriate permits with the city of Pequot Lakes

Cancellation policy: Submission of this agreement indicates a commitment to participate. If you must cancel, please notify the Pequot Lakes Chamber as soon as possible, as there are businesses on a waiting list. No refunds will be issued if cancellation is made after June 15, 2023.

Time

Food vendor registrations for Stars & Stripes Days and Bean Hole Days have been extended to June 21st, 2023.
